Second time I’ve used these guys. Shout out to Raymond for a very quick response on both times. First experience repair was with a leaking water softener. Raymond responded at 10pm when I contacted him, gave me suggestions on preventing a catastrophic water break, and came out the very next day to fix the issue. Work was professionally done and his price was very competitive compared to others. Second experience was with a malfunctioning water heater. Contacted him because of how well the experience was before. He was able to promptly send someone, same day, on a weekend, to check on the water heater. He then recommended the unit to be replaced with another brand due to the many malfunctions my old previous brand had. Explained his reasoning why. Quoted for a fair price. His team came by early the next day also on the weekend, did the work in a professional manner. Left the area clean. And was done with the work quickly. He did run a bit later on his 2 hour window for estimated arrival, but wasn’t a big deal to us, since he got the job done within 24 hours of being contacted. Raymond and his guys are highly recommended. The work is professional, communicates well, reasonable pricing, done in a timely manner, and he is local. We would definitely go back to him and his team again for our plumbing needs. Thanks again!

The shut-offs for our washing machine were leaking. We had ordered a new washing machine – but the installers would not install until the leaks were fixed. They rescheduled the installation from a Friday to the following Tuesday. So I had to have a plumber fix the leaks by Monday – which was also MLK day. JR came out and replaced both shut-off valves and installed an access panel in short order on Monday. Our wahing machine was installed today (Tuesday) and eveything is working fine.

My go-to plumbing service, always a great interaction with Raymond and his crew. Adrian has come out to our home a few times over the last year and he is great, respectful, hardworking and thorough. The communication with this company is above the other companies I’ve worked with in the past, you must try them out.

Thought my house was going to flood from an unexpected backup, and they were here within twenty minutes! Had to get some piping repaired and tree roots cut back, and after receiving multiple quotes, they were the best priced. Highly recommend and would use them again if other issues arise (hopefully not!).

Quick and quality service from a very professional, family-owned company! I called J.R. Plumbing on 10/6/22 because of an outdoor water leak that sourced from under the sidewalk, and within 2 hours they were at my house ready to assess the situation and get the job done. After the job was complete, they made sure to clean up the dirt from the sidewalk and patch up the grass that was dug. They were able to provide reasonable pricing upfront and was honest and communicative about the scenarios where the price may go up. I had a sprinkler valve leak and needed someone to come out quick. I called the number and spoke to Raymond, very professional and quick. Someone was at my house within the hour to diagnose the situation and fix it. Very prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I was looking for a plumber in cinco ranch to help install a water heater at my parents house and the team at JR Plumbing came out and installed a new tankless water heater and did a super job.

Reached out to Raymond, the owner, yesterday, for repair of our outside water line above ground near the house, where both the joint from the PVC to the copper was leaking badly, and the spigot was as well. Adrian and Hector were out here at 8:45 this morning, and put in a brand new copper extension, welded to the pvc, put in a lever rather than a daisy wheel shut off mechanism, and replaced the spigot. After, they took a look at a master bathroom faucet issue re the hot water side, and after 17 years discovered the dripping was due to a bad cartridge. Offered to replace the cartridge, but moreso suggested we buy new faucets with the drain assemblies, or they buy the assemblies, and they would install just that sink or the two in the master and the two in the guest. We are researching that. The price was fair for what they did, and looks like we now have our plumber to go with a great HVAC person etc. After 17 years in the home, time to replace some of the items. Two years ago we replaced the water heater and the fences. Thank you Raymond for a job well done, looking forward to working with you and your staff in the future.

We had our kitchen drain and garbage disposal clogged with standing water on Friday night, after 6:00 pm. I texted JR’S and they texted me back within minutes. We set up an appointment for Saturday morning. They didn’t charge a service fee or “week-end” fee. The two man team cleaned the pipes out and finished the job quickly. The price was fair and the service and response time were excellent. I’d definitely hire them again. PS-don’t put a lot of spaghetti down your drain! LOL
