The shut-offs for our washing machine were leaking. We had ordered a new washing machine – but the installers would not install until the leaks were fixed. They… read more rescheduled the installation from a Friday to the following Tuesday. So I had to have a plumber fix the leaks by Monday – which was also MLK day. JR came out and replaced both shut-off valves and installed an access panel in short order on Monday. Our wahing machine was installed today (Tuesday) and eveything is working fine.
